Power : Luang Pu Waen of Wat Doi Mae Pung was a famous reverend monk of Buddhist mindfulness in Thailand. Amulet created in his image is believed to help person to progress in dharma practice, safe from harm and dangers and prosperous in life.
Feature: Backside of the medal has a picture of castle built as cremation place for burning LP Waen dead body.
The Biography of LP Waen:
LP Waen is a famous guru monk in the past. His name is known very well among worshippers. He was a former abbot of Wat Doi Mae Pung in Chiang Mai Province. LP Waen got ordained when he was 13 because of faith in Buddhism. LP Waen was a quick learner, only age of 13, he could read both Khmer language and Laotian language in palm-leaf Buddhist scriptures. He was well-behaved, lived simply and a vegetarian.
LP Waen went on a pilgrimage in Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Burma and met skilled monks for example LP Mun.
LP Waen passed away in BE 2528 (CE 1985) at the age of 98. Nowadays, people still love and respect him.
