Description: This is the first medal of LP Boonma, Wat Tam Pong Pang which is fine and holy. The front has LP Boonma portrait and the back has a picture of Hanuman holding swords and riding Singh (a Buddhist mythological lion), a symbol of charisma and protection.
LP Boonma Medal will help and protect the believer against dangers, obstacles and bad things, and moreover bring good luck and fulfill a prayer.
Purpose: proceeds contributed to progressive constructed chapel
About Guru Monk:
Luang Por Boonma, a Revered Monk of Chumphon
Wat Suwankuhawariwong or Wat Tam Pong Pang, a cave temple in Chumphon Province. This temple was founded by LP Sohng (Luang Pu Sohng), a holy monk whom Chumphon people highly respect, and moreover his body does not decay after death.
At present, LP Boonma (Luang Pu Boonma) is an abbot, born on 16 December 2469 BE (1926 CE). Got ordained as a Buddhist monk at age 15 and continued for 5 years until passed Dharma Examination from basic level (Nak Dham Tri), advanced level (Nak Dham Tho) to highest level (Nak Dham Ek).
Being fully 20 years old, LP Boonma was drafted into the army working for 2 years and then got married. At age 25, got ordained again at Wat Pak Ja, Song Khla Province receiving a monk name “PaPhaGaRo”
After ordination, LP Boonma intensively focused on Gammathan (meditation) until 8th year of monkhood (aged 33) started a pilgrimage to different temples.
LP Boonma said that during pilgrimage at Kow Son Chai (mountain) in Phatthalung Province, in his meditation, he saw the reclining Buddha image and the pagoda from near area where had a cliff. He said he went there in the next morning and really found them!
As for magic and mantras, LP Boonma studied with LP Song and then studied with LP Klai (Phothan Khlai, Wat Suan Khan, Nakhon Si Thammarat Province) that LP Song and LP Klai were revered monks in the South.
Amulets from LP Boonma gave people who carried along wonderful experiences: protection, good luck and so on.
