**Power: Hanuman is a name of the great monkey and the deity in Thai belief appearing in the Indian epic “Ramayana” as a main character who is a powerful, witty, ardent and loyal devotee of Rama.
Thai people believe Hanuman’s power builds being invulnerable often seen in tattooing. They also believe to worship Hanuman will bring the worshipper wealth, success and triumph.
People also believe that Hanuman Amulet will make the owner easily get mercy (METTA) from people especially ones whose positions are higher than yours.

Purpose: Proceeds will join the temple in developing and restoring Wat Kampaeng, Chainat.
Consecration: LP Plueang blessed this by himself for 17 days from 19 April to 5 May 2012.
About Temple:
Wat Kampaeng is a well-known longtime temple in Chainat Province. It was initially named Wat Tuek. This temple was built around late Ayutthaya era. There is the holy Buddha statue widely called “Luang Pho Daeng”. People come to Wat Kampaeng to pay respect to Luang Pho Daeng and paste a gold leaf to the Buddha. People who are successful from praying to Luang Pho Daeng for something screen a movie at Wat Kampaeng as worship. With holiness of Luang Pho Daeng, there are many movies a year and people near the temple can watch a movie free.
About the Guru Monk:
LP Plueang (official name: Phra Kru PrasitChaiyakarn) is a good monk who has discipline and morals. This year 2014, he is 78 years old and it is 55th year of his monkhood. LP Plueang is respected by many people. He received mantra and meditation knowledge from LP Chom who was a disciple of LP Suk (timeless monk). Today, LP Plueang is an abbot of Wat Kampaeng in Chainat Province.
LP Plueang was born on 19 April 2479 BE (1936 CE) in Chainat Province. He got ordained in 2502 BE (1959 CE) at Wat Kampaeng, Chainat. After ordination, he went straight to dharma in theory and practice. He studied Buddhist subjects and accomplished. After that, he studied mantra and meditation (Smathi) with LP Chom at Wat Intraram, Chainat.
