Luang Pho Cham of Wat Don Yai Hom, Nakhompathom Province was born on 6 March 1906 at Nakhompathom Province. LP was ordained as a monk at the age of 21 at Wat Don Yai Hom. LP has been an expert of concentration of mindfulness in Buddhism way.
LP Chaem was a disciple of LP Ngoen, another senior monk of the same temple who was also famous in creating amulets for good fortune and luck. Also, LP Chaem has been studied Visha (magic) and art of making efficacious amulets from LP Rung of Wat Don Yai Hom, LP Kong of Wat BangKaPaum and LP Sook of Wat HuangJaKay.
LP Chaem's magic power was focused on helping people succeed in running businesses. Therefore, many people liked to place LP Chaem's amulet at the bottom of their money cases or safes. It was believed that by doing so, they would increase the success and their business.
LP Chaem passed away on 9 December 1993 at the age of 87 years old.
The Nang Kwak is a spirit supposed to bring money in the household. Nang Kwak is statue represents a woman in Thai traditional clothes, sitting on her knees with the right hand up and the hand making the gesture to bring money to her-self. Also, she invites happiness and good fortune and is often found displayed in shops to attract good business
The beautiful Nang Kwak in heart shape made of holy palm leaves; Thai called "Bai Lahn" (Ancient Buddhist manuscripts written on palm leaves are called Bai Lahn. This one has its back side decorated with carvings that show episodes from Buddhism.) and blessed properly by LP Chaem in 1971.
LP Chaem was respected for both his mercy to all creatures and LP's magic power that many had experienced through LP's amulets.
